Abstract

This study aims to test the effect of work experience, independence, objectivity, integrity and competence on the quality of inspection results of the Sorong Regency Inspectorate. This study is a type of quantitative research. The sampling technique uses a survey, where all populations are used as samples, namely 70 employees. The source of research data is a primary data source with data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The analysis tool used to test the hypothesis uses Wrap PLS 8.0. Based on the results of the study, the variables of work experience and objectivity have a positive and significant effect on the quality of inspection results, competence and integrity have a negative and significant effect on the quality of inspection results, while independence does not affect the quality of inspection results.
