The Management Information System for Public Health Centers (SIMPUS) is a system designed to assist healthcare personnel in recording, processing, and reporting service data. An evaluation of user satisfaction is necessary to ensure the effectiveness of the system’s implementation. This study aims to evaluate the application of SIMPUS based on user satisfaction levels at Twano Health Center, Jayapura City, Papua Province. The research uses a descriptive quantitative approach with a total sampling technique. A total of 34 respondents participated in the study, which took place from January to June 2024. The research instrument used a questionnaire based on the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method, which consists of five dimensions: content, accuracy, format, ease of use, and timeliness. The results indicate that 67.6% of respondents were satisfied with SIMPUS, while 5.9% expressed dissatisfaction, particularly regarding timeliness. Overall, SIMPUS is well accepted by users, but improvements are still needed, especially in the timeliness dimension. Regular evaluations and ongoing system development are crucial to enhancing user satisfaction and productivity at healthcare service facilities.
