Abstract

This study shows that organizational culture can enhance employee performance, where the culture serves as a guideline for each employee in fulfilling their roles, thereby impacting their activities. A good organizational culture can drive employees to achieve maximum performance. However, some other studies indicate that organizational culture does not always influence employee performance. This study aims to identify the influence of organizational culture on employee performance at the Health Department of Kerom Regency, Papua Province. This research is explanatory, aiming to explain the causal relationship between independent and dependent variables. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, with the minimum sample size calculated using G*Power software, resulting in 46 employees as participants. The results show that there is an influence of organizational culture on employee performance with a p-value of 0.008 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination indicates that organizational culture contributes 32.5% to employee performance, while 67.5% is influenced by other variables.
