KARTU PAPUA SEHAT SEBAGAI JAMINAN KESEHATAN ORANG ASLI PAPUA (Studi Kasus Di RSUD Abepura) DALAM PERSPEKTIF PELAYANAN PUBLIK
Abstract
This article is the result of research on health service at Abepura Hospital to indigenous Papuans who use Papuan Health Card. As we know that the health sector is one of the main areas of implementation of Special Autonomy in Papua Province. Healthy Papuan Cards are a form of public services with health costs that are provided as a special health insurance for all Orang Asli Papua as mandated by Law 21 of 2001 on Otsus Papua. This is an attempt by the Papuans to experience the special health services imposed on Papua's special autonomous region. This research is a type of qualitative research with case study approach. Data collection techniques are conducted through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results showed that the principle of ease, trust, and problem solving have been done in accordance with the principle of public service. The management of RSUD Abepura must improve the innovation power to the management of democratic public services.Downloads
