PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN PANCASILA DAN KOMPETENSI MANAJERIAL PENGELOLA PKBM TERHADAP KINERJA TUTOR PAKET C DI KOTA JAYAPURA

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Pancasila leadership and managerial competence of PKBM managers on the performance of package C tutors in Jayapura City. The subjects of this study were tutors who taught package C in several PKBM Jayapura cities, totaling 30 tutors. This study uses 3 types of variables namely 1) independent variables: Pancasila leadership (X1), 2). Managerial competency (X2), 3) Tutor performance (Y). Retrieval of data obtained by using questionnaires or question with likers scale. Data analysis techniques used for hypothesis testing using simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression and coefficient of determination to determine the percentage of the influence of Pancasila leadership and managerial competence of PKBM managers on the performance of package C tutors. The results showed that there was no influence between Pancasila leadership on performance tutor. This can be seen from the value of t count <t table (0.66 <0.7). There is a positive and sufficient influence between managerial competencies on the performance of the tutor. This can be seen from the value of t count> t table (3.88> 2.04) and there is no influence between Pancasila leadership and managerial competence on the performance of the tutor. This can be seen from the value of t count> t table (0.65 <2.04).
