Jurnal Biologi Papua (p-ISSN: 2086-3314; e-ISSN: 2503-0450) is a scholarly journal published by the Department of Biology, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Universitas Cenderawasih, in collaboration with the Indonesian Biology Association (Perhimpunan Biologi Indonesia, PBI), Papua Chapter.
The journal provides a platform for disseminating original research articles and scholarly reviews in biology and related disciplines. It is published twice a year, in April and October.
Jurnal Biologi Papua covers a broad range of biological sciences, including plant taxonomy, plant physiology, plant ecophysiology, plant ecology, animal taxonomy, animal physiology, animal ecophysiology, animal behavior, and animal ecology. Its scope also includes applied biological research in agriculture, plantations, forestry, animal husbandry, fisheries, aquatic sciences, and human biology.
The journal also welcomes research addressing environmental issues, including microorganisms, ecosystems, environmental pollution, and pollution control.
Jurnal Biologi Papua is committed to promoting the dissemination of high-quality scientific research and contributing to the advancement of biological sciences and their sustainable applications.
